Full ADA access plus six private stations in one trailer
The Lavatory NorCal’s ADA +6 Luxury Restroom Trailer solves a problem most event hosts don’t think about until it’s too late: how do you give every guest a real bathroom AND meet accessibility requirements without parking two separate units? This trailer answers both. You get seven stations total, including a dedicated wheelchair-accessible unisex room built to federal and California ADA standards, so nobody at your event gets left waiting at the bottom of a set of stairs.
The breakdown is four men’s stations, two women’s stations, and the one ADA unisex room. The accessible station rides on a self-contained ramp that deploys quickly and meets code, and the trailer is engineered to lower during setup so that ramp stays short and gentle instead of steep. That detail matters more than it sounds. A long, awkward ramp (the kind you see on cheaper units) is the difference between a guest using the restroom comfortably and a guest deciding to leave early. We delivered one of these to a fundraiser in Walnut Creek where a guest told us, “This is the first event ramp I haven’t had to ask someone to push me up.” That’s the whole point.
Why NorCal hosts choose the ADA +6
This is the trailer for events where the crowd is mixed and the rules apply. Some of the situations we get called for most:
- Public festivals and city-permitted events in Sacramento and San Francisco where ADA compliance is written into the permit and an inspector will check.
- Mid-size weddings and reunions where an aging relative, a guest in a wheelchair, or a parent with a stroller needs a station that actually works for them.
- Corporate and campus functions in Silicon Valley and Berkeley that hold themselves to accessibility standards regardless of whether anyone is watching.
- Fundraisers, fairs, and faith gatherings around Oakland and Santa Rosa that want every attendee treated the same way at the door.
- Longer construction and disaster-response staging where a diverse crew needs reliable, compliant facilities for weeks at a stretch.
The finishes don’t stop at the ADA door
Accessible doesn’t mean stripped down here. Every station in the ADA +6, including the wheelchair room, gets the same luxury build as the rest of our fleet: white china toilets with foot flush, stainless steel sinks, oversized framed mirrors, gel-coated fiberglass walls and ceiling, and interior and exterior LED lighting. Two AC and heating units keep the whole trailer comfortable in a hot Central Valley afternoon or a cold coastal night, each run by its own smart-touch digital thermostat. And because the accessible room is built to the same standard, your ADA guests get the nice version, not the afterthought.
Power, water, and setup notes
The ADA +6 is a bigger unit, so plan for it. The box runs 25 feet long and 8 feet 4 inches wide, stretching to 31 feet with the ramp in use, and it stands 12 feet 6 inches tall with the AC on. It carries 200 gallons of fresh water and a 475-gallon waste tank, and it needs two dedicated 120-volt, 20-amp circuits within 100 feet of the trailer. We’ll confirm your site has the clearance and the access before delivery day so there are no surprises when the truck pulls up.

We serve Sacramento, San Francisco and South San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Santa Rosa, Fremont, Stockton, and everywhere in between.
