The numbers you’ll need for setup

This is a large trailer, so confirm your site can take it. The box measures 8 feet 5 inches by 29 feet and runs 35 feet long with the tongue, standing 11 feet 10 inches tall with the AC and 12 feet 4 inches wide with the stairs out. It holds 400 gallons of fresh water and a 1,000-gallon waste tank, and it needs two dedicated 120-volt, 20-amp circuits within 100 feet. Dry weight is right around 12,800 pounds.
