The Lavatory NorCal rents the ADA plus 6, a large luxury bathroom trailer with one wheelchair accessible room and six private stalls, for festivals, campuses, public events, job sites, shelters and more across Northern California. That is seven rooms on one trailer: four for men, two for women and one accessible unisex room at the top of its own ramp. It handles events of up to about 300 guests. We are the #1 portable restroom trailer company in the region and the largest fleet of bathroom trailers in the West, with over 250 units. Call (209) 202-3741 any hour of the day. We can often be there within 1 to 2 hours, with 24/7 immediate dispatch across the Bay Area, the Sacramento Valley and wine country.

One Trailer Instead of Two: The #1 Accessible Luxury Restroom in Northern California
For years the usual answer for a big public event was two rentals: a standard multi-stall unit for the crowd, plus a separate accessible unit parked off to the side. The ADA plus 6 puts both on one chassis. You get one delivery, one power hookup, one service visit and one spot on the site plan, and a guest in a wheelchair uses the same trailer as everyone else instead of a lonely box at the far end of the lot. We are a direct fleet with 30+ years in event and equipment rental. Nvidia, Microsoft, United Airlines, The Home Depot and the Golden State Warriors have all used trailers from our fleet.
We are licensed and insured, A+ rated by the BBB and backed by hundreds of five-star reviews. Every trailer passes a 120-point inspection before it goes out, and we keep the fleet three years old or newer. Call us with your date, the address and an expected crowd size for a quote today, or use the quote form and we will call you right back.

“I was really impressed with the ADA restroom rental at a big outdoor festival in Oakland. Everything was clean and well kept, and it made attending a large event so much easier. I truly appreciated how reliable it was.”
“I have nothing but praise for the luxury restroom trailer we rented for our wedding in Sonoma. It was more elegant and cleaner than any porta potty, and our guests were amazed by the service.”

Seven Rooms on One Portable Bathroom Trailer
The men’s side has four stations, including urinals behind privacy partitions, and the women’s side has two private stalls. Each side has its own entry stairs, railings and vanity. The accessible room sits at the end of the trailer with its own door, reached by a self-contained ramp and a level platform. Because the trailer is designed to be lowered during the install, the ramp stays short and easy to roll up instead of long and steep.
Inside the accessible room you get grab bars around the toilet, a sink you can reach from a chair and open floor to turn around. The finish is the same as in the other stalls. Two AC and heat units, each with its own digital thermostat, keep the whole box comfortable. Big trailer. Easy flow.

Accessible Restroom Trailer Rentals for Permitted Events in the Bay Area and Sacramento
Street fairs, waterfront festivals, holiday markets and fun runs all need a city or county permit, and those permits usually ask how the event will serve guests with disabilities. Federal design guidance is clear on the basic rule. When portable toilets are grouped together, at least 5 percent of them, and never fewer than one, need to be accessible, as the U.S. Access Board’s guide to toilet and bathing rooms explains. The ADA plus 6 handles that inside one trailer, so you are not juggling a second rental just to check a box. One trailer. Done.
Around Northern California that covers block parties and street fairs in San Francisco neighborhoods like North Beach and the Inner Sunset, weekend festivals at Jack London Square in Oakland, holiday events near the State Capitol in Sacramento, and fun runs around Lake Merritt or along the American River Parkway. County fairs from Pleasanton to Santa Rosa use larger setups, and this unit often anchors the accessible part of a row that also includes a 9-stall or an 8-stall private trailer.

Campuses, Job Sites, Shelters and More for This Temporary Restroom
Events are only part of the story, and we plan just as many deliveries for campuses, clinics and work sites. Universities and corporate campuses in Palo Alto, Berkeley and Davis rent the plus 6 for outdoor ceremonies and building projects, since their own accessibility standards apply whether or not anyone checks. Hospitals and clinics bring one in when a remodel closes a restroom wing. Large job sites use it when the crew includes a worker who needs an accessible room, or when the general contractor would rather not order a second unit for a short inspection visit.
Disaster response is the other big use. When wildfire or flooding forces evacuations, shelters open at county fairgrounds and community centers, the way the Silver Dollar Fairgrounds in Chico did after the 2018 Camp Fire. Those shelters fill with older residents, people with disabilities and families with small kids, often for weeks. A trailer with seven rooms and an accessible entrance covers a lot of that need in one drop, and our 24/7 dispatch means a call at midnight still gets a truck rolling.

Typical Plus 6 Restroom Trailer Setups Around Northern California
These examples reflect the kinds of jobs we see most. Every site brings its own details.
A two-day street fair in San Francisco
A neighborhood merchants group closes four blocks for a weekend fair and expects around 300 people at a time. The city permit asks for accessible restrooms. Easy fix. We park the plus 6 at the end of the closed street with the ramp facing the sidewalk, power it from a quiet generator and send a driver to pump and restock early Sunday morning before the gates open.
A hospital restroom remodel in Sacramento
A medical center closes a public restroom wing for a three-month upgrade. Patients, visitors and staff all need somewhere close to the main entrance, and many of them use walkers or wheelchairs. The trailer sits in a reserved row of the parking lot, connected to building power, and we service it twice a week for the length of the project.
An evacuation shelter at a North Valley fairground
A fire near Redding sends several hundred residents to a county fairground overnight. The shelter manager calls at 11 p.m. We answer. We dispatch the plus 6 with a generator, set it beside the main exhibit hall and come back every other day to pump and refill until people can go home.
Space, Power and Ground for a 31-Foot Accessible Trailer
Height matters here. With the ramp in use, the trailer measures 31 feet long and 13 and a half feet wide, and it stands 12 and a half feet tall with the AC on top. Low oak limbs in the foothills and power lines on older streets in Oakland or Sacramento can be a problem at that height, so we check overhead clearance along the route as well as at the drop spot. The ground under the ramp should be firm and close to level, with a smooth path from parking or seating, because a ramp on a slope stops being easy very quickly.
Power comes from two dedicated 120 volt, 20 amp circuits within 100 feet, or from a generator we bring and place out of the way. The 200 gallon fresh tank and the 475 gallon waste tank carry a typical one-day event, and on longer rentals we set a pump schedule that matches your crowd. If your project is a school or a state building, accessibility in California also falls under the building code that the California Building Standards Commission publishes, and your inspector may ask about it.

Renting the Plus 6 Mobile Restroom in Five Steps
- Reach out. Call (209) 202-3741 or send the quote form with your dates, the address, the crowd size and any permit notes.
- We size the order. We confirm that seven rooms cover your peak, or we add a second unit. Your quote is free, with no hidden fees.
- We deliver, lower and level it. The driver sets the trailer, lowers it, opens the ramp and stairs, hooks up power and water and tests all seven rooms.
- We keep it serviced. On multi-day rentals we pump, refill fresh water and restock paper and soap on a set schedule.
- We haul it away. At the end of the job we fold everything up and leave the site clean.

“These are great. Clean, and so much nicer than a port-a-potty. The owners have also done a great job checking in on how things are going on our Roseville project. I recommend them for any job where you want to show some kindness to the people on site.”
“We used these for a girls camp in the Sierra foothills and they were amazing. These are luxury bathrooms, they are well cared for, and the people who run the company are so kind.”
“We needed something better than a row of porta potties for an executive partner event in Palo Alto. I got a lot of thanks for this one. Super clean, with AC and heat. What else could you ask for?”
“These are not your typical portable bathrooms. They are elegant, with plenty of space, and you would be surprised how comfortable and accessible they are. The team was quick and very helpful at our event in Vallejo.”

Pair It With Other Deluxe Restroom Trailers Across NorCal
The plus 6 is the larger of the two accessible units in our NorCal luxury bathroom trailer rentals. For smaller crowds of up to about 200, the ADA plus 2 portable restroom with a ramp gives you the same accessible room with two stalls. For very large events, park this unit beside the 8-stall private bathroom trailer with locking unisex rooms or the 9-stall restroom trailer for festivals and fairs. If guests or workers also need to wash up, see the accessible ADA plus 2 shower trailer.

We deliver daily across the region, including San Jose accessible restroom trailer rentals for the South Bay, Santa Rosa bathroom trailer rentals for Sonoma County, and portable restroom trailers in Roseville and Placer County. North of Sacramento we reach Chico temporary restroom trailers and Butte County, and the NorCal portable restroom service areas page lists the rest.

FAQ About Renting the ADA Plus 6 Bathroom Trailer
What is the difference between the plus 6 and the plus 2?
Both have one accessible room behind a ramp. The plus 6 adds six standard rooms instead of two, so it covers about 300 guests instead of about 200, and it carries a much larger waste tank.
How many accessible rooms does my event need?
Under federal guidance, at least 5 percent of grouped portable toilets, and at least one, should be accessible. Your permit may ask for more, so read it with us on the phone.
Can it stay on site for several months?
Yes. Long-term rentals are common for remodels and big construction jobs, and we set a regular pump and restock schedule for the whole stay.

Does the men’s side have urinals?
Yes. The four men’s stations include urinals with privacy partitions, which shortens the men’s line at busy events.
Will it fit under trees and wires?
It stands 12 and a half feet tall with the AC. Tell us about low branches or wires on the way in, and we will plan the route and the drop spot around them.
Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?
Yes. Dispatch is open 24/7, including weekends and holidays, with same-day delivery, and for urgent calls we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.
