Why The Lavatory NorCal Has a Luxury Bathroom Trailer for Every Job
The Lavatory NorCal has the widest selection of luxury bathroom trailers in Northern California, so there is a unit for every need. No job is too big or too small. We set one 2-stall trailer beside a small backyard wedding in Walnut Creek, and we run large-scale deployments for Google, Tesla, Electronic Arts and Y Combinator across Silicon Valley. Events, job sites, plants, film sets, fire camps and more all call the same dispatch line.
We have the track record to prove it. Thousands of deliveries, the largest fleet in the West with over 250 units, an A+ BBB rating and hundreds of 5-star Google reviews. Strictly luxury. Never plastic. Every unit has white china toilets with a foot flush, running water at the sinks, framed mirrors, LED lights, and air conditioning plus heat. We own the whole fleet and do the driving ourselves, so the team that answers at midnight is the team that pulls up to your gate. Call (209) 202-3741 any hour. We can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.
“I ordered the five stall bathrooms last minute for my parent’s anniversary. I was a bit skeptical at first but it worked out great! I’ll definitely use them again in the future!”
“We rented a luxury restroom trailer for a wedding, and it really made a difference. Everything was clean, well-lit, and felt more like a proper bathroom than a temporary arrangement. The delivery arrived on time, and the pickup went smoothly. Overall, a very straightforward transaction with excellent service.”

Every Bathroom Trailer We Rent, With Walkthroughs and Spec Sheets
All seven units sit on one screen so you can compare them without clicking around. Each card lists the rooms, the guest range, the length and the power, and you can play the video walkthrough right inside the card before you open the spec sheet.

2-Stall Bathroom Trailer
Our smallest luxury unit. It fits a side yard.

3-Stall Bathroom Trailer
A second women's room cuts the wait at weddings, birthday parties and company picnics without taking up much more space on your property.

5-Stall Bathroom Trailer
Our most requested wedding trailer, with double sinks on the women's side and enough capacity for a long celebration with an open bar.

8-Stall Private Bathroom Trailer
Eight lockable unisex rooms, each with its own toilet, urinal and sink, make this the favorite for corporate campuses and mixed crowds.

9-Stall Bathroom Trailer
Our biggest single unit, with two entrances for festivals, fairs and stadium lots.

ADA Plus 2 Bathroom Trailer
One trailer that covers every guest, with separate women's and men's rooms plus a large accessible room at the top of its own ramp.

ADA Plus 6 Bathroom Trailer
Seven rooms and an accessible ramp in a single footprint, built for county fairs, corporate campuses and construction projects that last for months.
If you are not sure which size fits, tell us the head count, the place and the dates, and we will match the unit on one short call.
What Comes Standard in Every Luxury Restroom Trailer
The size changes from unit to unit. The finish does not. Every portable restroom trailer in the fleet arrives with the same list:
White porcelain bowls with a foot pedal flush, the same kind of fixture you would expect in a nice restaurant.
Hot and cold water at stainless steel sinks, with soap and paper towels stocked before every event and checked again on every service visit.
A digital thermostat runs the air conditioning or the heater, so every room stays comfortable in any season.
Bright lights inside and lit entries outside for night events.
Real vanities, framed mirrors and wall art in every room.
Fresh water and waste holding tanks travel on board, so no sewer connection or plumbing permit is needed.
Our drivers deliver, level and connect the trailer, then test every flush and every light before your guests arrive.
We pump, refill and restock on a set schedule for longer rentals.

These are real setups from our fleet, not computer images. Our delivery team photographed these weddings, backyard parties, office buildings and construction sites on delivery day, from the Napa Valley and Marin County down to San Jose and up to Lake Tahoe.

Restroom Trailers for Every Job, From a Backyard Wedding to a Corporate Campus
One phone number covers the whole range, and the same dispatch team plans a single trailer for a family party or a coordinated delivery of a dozen units for a corporate campus. Here is how the lineup maps to the jobs we see most, small to huge:
Backyard weddings
A 2-stall or 3-stall fits a side yard or a driveway in Walnut Creek or Los Gatos and runs on one standard outlet.
Home remodels
A 2-stall trailer in the driveway keeps a family living comfortably at home in Palo Alto or Sacramento while contractors tear out and rebuild the house bathroom.
Vineyard weddings
The 5-stall handles 150 to 450 guests and a long night with an open bar in Napa or Sonoma.
Film sets
Our drivers make quick moves between San Francisco filming locations and keep the rooms spotless for cast and production all day long.
Plant shutdowns
Weekly service, Cal/OSHA toilet counts and trailers that stay at a Richmond or Stockton plant for months.
Festivals and fairs
A 9-stall serves up to 900 guests, or several units spread across the grounds split the lines.
Fire camps
24/7 dispatch when a wildfire, a flood or a power outage closes the buildings from Redding to Santa Cruz.
Corporate campuses
Rows of 8-stall private units for Google-scale deployments in Mountain View, Menlo Park and San Jose.
Tell us the job, the place and the head count, and our dispatch team will quote the right unit today with no hidden fees.
How to Size a Temporary Bathroom Trailer for Your Head Count
| Trailer | Rooms | Event guests | Length | Power |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2-stall | 1 women’s, 1 men’s | 150 and under | 17′ with tongue | One 20 amp, 120 volt circuit |
| 3-stall | 2 women’s, 1 men’s | 225 and under | 19′ 10″ with tongue | One 20 amp, 120 volt circuit |
| 5-stall | 3 women’s stalls, 1 men’s stall plus urinal | 150 to 450 | 19′ 10″ with tongue | One 20 amp, 120 volt circuit |
| ADA plus 2 | 1 women’s, 1 men’s, 1 accessible | Up to 200 | 25′ with ramp | Two 20 amp circuits |
| ADA plus 6 | 4 men’s, 2 women’s, 1 accessible | Up to 300 | 31′ with ramp | Two 20 amp circuits |
| 8-stall private | 8 unisex private stalls | 400 to 600 | 35′ with tongue | Two 20 amp circuits |
| 9-stall | 5 women’s stalls, 2 men’s stalls plus 2 urinals | 400 to 900 | 26′ 4″ with tongue | Two 20 amp circuits |
Start with three numbers. How many people will be there, how many hours the event runs, and whether the bar is open. A wedding of 200 that goes six hours with drinks uses the restroom far more often than a 200-person company lunch that wraps up in two, and the guest counts in the table assume a typical event of four to five hours. If your day runs long, or the drinks flow, move up one size.
Crowds that break all at once change the math too. At halftime, after a ceremony or at a shift change, a single big trailer can build a line even when the total count fits. Two smaller units at opposite ends of the venue split that line in half and shorten the walk, which matters most on big ranches and fairgrounds. We plan that layout with you on the phone. It is free.
Work sites follow a different rule. For plants, warehouses and offices, California’s general industry rule, Cal/OSHA Title 8, section 3364, sets the number of toilets by the number of employees and calls for separate facilities for men and women, with a few exceptions for very small staffs. We size the trailer to that table for the largest shift you run, then set a service day so the tanks never get close to full.

Where We Deliver Portable Bathroom Trailers Across Northern California
Our trucks cover the whole region every day, and we deliver anywhere in the country when a project calls for it. Each part of Northern California brings its own weather, its own kind of site and its own busy season, so we plan every drop around the place as much as the event.
In the South Bay, the work is corporate campuses, stadium events and construction that never seems to stop. We book portable bathroom trailer rentals in San Jose for downtown festivals and convention traffic, and the Santa Clara restroom trailer rentals page covers game days and concerts around Levi’s Stadium. Office remodels and tech campus events fill the calendar for luxury bathroom trailers in Sunnyvale, where summer afternoons get hot and the AC earns its keep.
San Francisco and the East Bay bring wind, fog and steep streets. Park festivals, waterfront events and film shoots keep our temporary restroom trailers in San Francisco busy, while port, warehouse and arena work drives the Oakland portable bathroom trailer calls. Up in the hills, our Berkeley bathroom trailer rentals often go to tight lots near campus and steep home driveways. Farther south, county fair season and industrial parks fill the calendar for mobile restroom trailers in Hayward and our Fremont restroom trailer rentals, and the portable restroom trailers in Concord serve the amphitheater crowds and refinery shutdowns of Contra Costa County.
The Sacramento metro is where heat sets the plan. July days at the state fair push past 100 degrees, so the AC on every unit gets a workout before the Delta breeze cools the evening. We stage Sacramento portable restroom trailer rentals for river events, arena nights and state office projects. New homes, schools and big warehouse builds along the freeways fill the schedule for deluxe bathroom trailers in Elk Grove, and Roseville bathroom trailer rentals cover Placer County weddings, youth sports weekends and the foothill towns past Folsom.
North of the bay, wine country follows the harvest calendar. Crush season, from August into October, packs tasting rooms with visitors, and our Santa Rosa portable bathroom trailer rentals handle winery weddings, the county fairgrounds and the rebuild sites that still dot Sonoma County. Across the water, private restroom trailers in Vallejo go to Mare Island projects, waterfront events and Napa Valley overflow. In the North Valley, temporary bathroom trailers in Chico cover college events, almond and rice harvest work and fire recovery from Butte County to Redding. See every town we serve on our Northern California bathroom trailer service areas.
Typical Bathroom Trailer Setups We Plan in NorCal
Most calls fall into a few patterns. These are composites of the setups we plan again and again, not one job, and every site adds its own twist.
A two-day harvest festival in Sonoma County
A winery expects 1,200 visitors across a Saturday and Sunday in September. We park a 9-stall trailer by the tasting lawn and an ADA plus 2 near the parking field, both on a quiet generator set well away from the music. Overnight we pump the tanks and restock, so Sunday opens like Saturday did. The event manager told us the only line all weekend was at the wine bar.
A plumbing shutdown at a Sacramento Valley warehouse
A distribution center replaces its sewer line over four weeks while 90 people per shift keep loading trucks. We set a 5-stall and an ADA plus 2 beside the break room door, run power from the dock panel, and come back twice a week to service them. The facility manager said nobody missed a beat, and the shift leads stopped fielding complaints about the porta potties they had before.
An evacuation center at a North Valley fairground
When a wildfire forces people out of the foothills, a county opens its fairground as a shelter. We roll an ADA plus 6 within hours, park it next to our shower trailers, and service it daily for as long as the shelter stays open. A trailer that someone in a wheelchair can use matters a great deal when families are living out of cars for a week or more.

Planning a reception, a gala or a winery weekend? Our wedding and special event bathroom trailers in Napa and beyond page shows how we stage several units at one venue. If you need a unit for months, read about short and long term temporary restroom rentals in NorCal. When a main breaks or a fire forces people out, our emergency restroom trailers for Northern California disasters roll out 24/7.
How Renting a Luxury Restroom Trailer Works
- Call or send the form. Ring (209) 202-3741 or use the quote form. Give us the date, the address, the head count and the hours.
- We size it. We match one trailer or several to your crowd, your space and your power, then send a free quote with no hidden fees.
- We deliver and level it. Our driver backs it in, levels it on its jacks, sets the stairs or the ramp, hooks up power and water, and tests every flush and light.
- We service it. On longer rentals we pump the waste tank, refill fresh water and restock paper, soap and towels on a set schedule.
- We haul it out. When you are done, we pick it up and leave the spot the way we found it.

Most calls take ten minutes. We confirm the size, lock the date and text you the delivery window. Ready now? Call (209) 202-3741 or ask for a free quote.
Power, Water and Site Prep for Multi-Stall Bathroom Trailers
Power is the first thing we ask about. The 2, 3 and 5-stall units each need one dedicated 120 volt, 20 amp circuit within 100 feet. The ADA plus 2, the ADA plus 6, the 8-stall private and the 9-stall each need two of those circuits. A garage or exterior outlet often works, as long as nothing else, like a pool pump or a string of party lights, shares that breaker during the event. No outlet nearby? We bring a quiet generator and set it far from the dance floor.
Water is simpler than most people expect. No hookup needed. Every unit carries its own fresh tank, from 105 gallons on the smallest trailer to 400 on the 8-stall private, so a one-day event needs no hookup at all. On rentals of a week or more, a garden hose keeps the fresh tank topped off, and our service visits empty the waste tank. You never need a sewer connection.
Pick a spot that is close to level and firm enough for a pickup. Asphalt, gravel and pavers are best. After winter storms in the foothills, plywood under the jacks keeps them from sinking into soft ground. In late summer and fall, check the forecast for planned power shutoffs, since the state’s Public Safety Power Shutoff program can cut power to whole neighborhoods on windy, dry days. If one is coming, we bring a generator so your event or your job site keeps its restrooms.

Accessible Units, Showers and Laundry Beside Your Bathroom Trailers
Two of our bathroom units carry an accessible room with a ramp, and our ADA accessible trailer rentals for Northern California sites page covers them side by side with the accessible shower units. The ramps, grab bars and room sizes follow the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design along with California’s own rules, which is why schools, cities and public events ask for them first.
Many sites need more than toilets. Fire camps, multi-day festivals, remodels where the family stays home and long shutdowns all add showers or laundry to the list. Our mobile shower trailer rentals across NorCal include an 8-stall shower and three combo units, and the temporary laundry trailer rentals in Northern California put eight washers and eight dryers on one trailer. For crews that stay overnight, we also rent mobile sleeper bunkhouse rentals with 12 private bunks.

One call sets the unit, the delivery window and the service plan, and a real person answers the phone 24 hours a day.
What Customers Say About Our Mobile Restroom Trailers
“So happy to of had stumbled upon this business due to a last minute change of venue for an event. They were so very prompt – arrived on time and set up fairly quickly. The restrooms were exceptionally clean and well stocked. I was very pleased with the service and will be using them again in the future.”
“Before our outdoor wedding, we were concerned about providing only basic portable toilets for our guests. During the occasion, the luxury restroom trailer arrangement was spotless, well-kept, and looked a real bathroom. The support crew handled everything with ease. After the event, guests kept on commenting on how nice the toilets were. It made a bigger difference than we expected.”
“We were at a outdoor wedding in Sonoma..it was organized so well.. every possible thing was taken into consideration… I was most impressed with the lavatory trailers supplied for the event..so clean and with everything one would expect and better than at a high-end restaurant.”
“I had a very smooth experience with this company. I rented a restroom for my 40th birthday party and they did not disappoint. I’ll recommend them to everyone!”

Questions About Portable Bathroom Trailer Rentals in NorCal
Which bathroom trailer size do I need?
Match your guest count to the table above, then move up one size for a long day or an open bar. Most parties of 200 fit a 3-stall. Weddings usually take the 5-stall, while festivals call for a 9-stall or two smaller units working together at opposite ends of the grounds.
What is the difference between the 8-stall private and the 9-stall trailer?
The 8-stall private has eight unisex rooms, each with its own door, toilet, urinal and sink. The 9-stall has a women’s side and a men’s side with shared sinks. Pick private rooms for mixed crowds and corporate sites, and the 9-stall for the biggest crowds.
Can you put more than one trailer at the same site?
Yes. We often pair a large unit with an accessible one, or spread two units across a big venue so nobody walks far. One call, one delivery schedule and one service plan covers them all.
Do the trailers need a sewer or water hookup?
No. Each unit has its own fresh and waste tanks. A garden hose helps on long rentals, and we pump the waste tank on our service visits.

How far ahead should I book for summer and harvest season?
For June weddings, graduation weekends and the August to October crush, a few weeks ahead is smart. Same-day delivery is still often possible, and for urgent calls we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours.
Do you rent bathroom trailers by the month?
Yes. Construction projects, remodels, plant shutdowns and disaster recovery sites often keep a unit for months. We set a weekly service day and swap units if your head count changes.
