Northern California’s Top-Rated 9-Stall Portable Bathroom Trailer Rentals

Big events need a restroom that will not fall behind. We rent only luxury trailers, never plastic porta potties, and every unit in our fleet belongs to us, so the company that quotes your event is the same company that delivers, services and picks up the trailer. Our family has spent more than 30 years in event and equipment rental. Google, Tesla, Target, BMW and Caesars Palace have all rented from our fleet, along with the Golden State Warriors and the Oakland A’s. We are licensed and insured, hold an A+ rating with the BBB, and keep earning five-star Google reviews from customers all over the region.

The 9-stall replaces a long row of portable toilets with one clean, lit, climate-controlled building on wheels. Call us with the date, the site address and your expected crowd, and we will have a quote to you the same day. You can also use the quote form, and someone from dispatch will reach out quickly.

Inside the Women’s and Men’s Sides of the Luxury Bathroom Trailer

Each side has its own entrance and its own stairs, and the trailer carries two air conditioners with two digital thermostats, so a long unit stays evenly cool on a hot afternoon and warm on a foggy night. On the women’s side, five full-height stall doors line the wall and a double vanity sits under a wide framed mirror with a lamp and abstract art. The men’s side uses two urinals with privacy partitions plus two stalls, which keeps that line short even at a packed tailgate. Every toilet is white china with a foot pedal flush. The floors have a wood-look finish, the lights are bright LEDs, and we stock paper, towels, soap and a light fresh scent before every delivery.

Crowd Math: How Many Guests One 9-Stall Bathroom Trailer Handles

For an event that lasts about five hours, plan on 400 to 900 guests per trailer. Where you land in that range depends on how the crowd moves. A festival where people drift in and out all afternoon sits near the top. Timing matters. Crowds that break at the same moment, like a concert intermission or a graduation letting out, sit closer to the bottom of the range, because everyone wants a stall in the same ten minutes. For all-day events, we plan service around the 750 gallon waste tank and the 200 gallon fresh tank, often with a pump-out during a quiet hour.

On a large construction site, one 9-stall can stand in for a long row of chemical toilets. California’s construction sanitation rule, Cal/OSHA Title 8, section 1526, ties the number of toilets to the number of workers on site, and we count the stalls and urinals with your superintendent before we quote. Crews notice. Running water, heat in January and AC in August are hard to beat at the end of a ten-hour pour.

Delivering a 26-Foot Restroom Trailer: Access, Power and Placement

With the tongue, the 9-stall runs 26 feet 4 inches, and with the stairs set it is about 12 feet 4 inches wide. That is a long unit. Before delivery day we ask about gates, tight corners, low trees, soft fields and any curb or speed bump on the route in, because a long trailer needs a straight approach and room for our truck to swing. A photo or a quick satellite map of the site usually answers everything.

Power is the other big question. Plan for two. This trailer needs two dedicated 120 volt, 20 amp circuits within 100 feet, one for each of its two air conditioners, and the two must be on separate breakers. Venue power often works, and a stadium lot or a fairground usually has a pedestal close by. Where there is no power at all, we supply a generator sized for both sides. Place the trailer on level, firm ground near the center of the crowd, with the entrances facing the action and good light on the path after dark.

Large 9-Stall Bathroom Rentals We Set Up Around Northern California

These three setups show up on our schedule again and again. Each one is a composite of many jobs rather than a single customer.

A data center build in Santa Clara

Silicon Valley is full of big data center projects, and a single site can have well over a hundred trades workers on a shift. The general contractor parks one or two 9-stall trailers near the laydown yard, the site electrician drops two circuits to each one, and our service truck comes on a set schedule several times a week. The project manager told us the complaints about the old portable toilet row simply stopped. Problem solved.

A 600-guest estate wedding in Napa Valley

A family hosts a large wedding on a private estate off the Silverado Trail, with dinner under a tent and dancing until late. We set the 9-stall behind a hedge near the tent, light the path, and add an attendant who keeps the counters dry and the supplies full all night. Lines stay short. Guests rarely wait more than a minute or two, even right after the toasts, when it seems like half the tent stands up at once and heads for the same door.

A road race and festival weekend in Sacramento

Big road races, food festivals and street fairs downtown draw thousands of people into a few city blocks. The event coordinator places 9-stall trailers along the finish area and the festival footprint, each on its own pair of circuits, and we pump and restock overnight so day two opens fresh.

Large festivals often add hot showers for staff and volunteers, and our mobile shower trailer rentals in Northern California come from the same dispatch team. For weddings that need several units, see our NorCal wedding restroom trailer packages for ideas on layout.

Fire Season and Storm Response With Temporary Restroom Trailers

Northern California has seen what a large wildfire does to a community. After fires like the 2018 Camp Fire in Butte County and the 2020 LNU Lightning Complex in wine country, evacuation centers and incident base camps needed hundreds of toilets, sinks and showers in a hurry. A 9-stall gives a shelter or a camp real restrooms with running water instead of a field of plastic units, and it holds up through weeks of heavy use. FEMA’s wildfire preparedness page on Ready.gov is a good starting point for any agency or business building a fire season plan.

Then winter arrives. Storms bring a different kind of emergency, from flooded buildings to broken water mains and long power outages. We keep trailers ready for 24/7 emergency delivery, and our emergency restroom trailers for NorCal fires and outages page explains how we work with cities, counties, hospitals and schools when the regular restrooms go down.

Pairing Bathroom Trailer Sizes and the Cities We Cover

The 9-stall is the biggest single unit in our temporary and portable bathroom trailer rentals for Northern California, and it pairs well with the rest of the lineup. If your crowd is closer to 300, the two-room 5-stall restroom rental may be all you need. Large events should always include an accessible option, and the ADA plus 6 luxury bathroom trailer adds a ramp and an accessible room next to six standard stalls. For VIP areas or long projects where everyone wants a private room, the 8-stall private unisex restroom trailer gives each person a door of their own.

Common Questions About the 9-Stall Portable Restroom

Is one 9-stall better than several smaller trailers?

For one central spot, yes. It needs one delivery, one power drop and one service stop. When a venue is spread out, two smaller units at opposite ends can mean shorter walks, and we will tell you which plan fits your site.

Why does it need two power circuits?

The trailer carries two air conditioners, and each one needs its own 20 amp circuit. Putting both on one breaker would trip it on a hot day.

Can it go on grass at a park or a fairground?

Yes, if the ground is firm and fairly level. After heavy rain we may set the jacks on pads or ask for a paved spot nearby, since a long trailer and our truck are heavy.

How often does a 9-stall need service at a multi-day event?

It depends on the crowd. A busy festival often gets a pump-out and restock every night, while a work site might need two or three visits a week. We set the schedule with you.

How fast can you deliver one for an emergency?

We run 24/7 immediate dispatch and same-day delivery, and for urgent calls we can often be there within 1 to 2 hours. For planned events in the busy spring and fall seasons, book early to hold your date.
